Dr. John F. Kane, board-certified foot and ankle surgeon who specializes in accident and work-related injuries. As one of the highly skilled surgeons at Chicago Surgical Clinic and Associate Surgical Center in Arlington Heights, Illinois, he has been practicing surgery for nearly 37 years. Dr. Kane is a native of Rochester, New York. After completing his undergraduate degree at Buffalo State College (SUNY) in Buffalo, New York in 1978, Dr. Kane relocated to Chicago, Illinois to attend the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine. When Dr. Kane earned his doctorate degree, he immediately completed a foot and ankle surgical residency at Frank Cuneo Hospital to further his career as an advanced as a foot and ankle surgeon.
With a strong background in foot and ankle surgery, Dr. Kane specializes in work injuries accidents and personal injuries. He also provides care for patients with heel pain, plantar fasciitis, flat foot, ankle sprains, deformed toes, ingrown and painful toenails and variety of other foot and ankle problems. Dr. Kane believes in providing the highest quality personalized health care to achieve proven results for each one of his patients.
Since launching his medical career, Dr. Kane has become heavily involved in medical education and health care. Dr. Kane is a compassionate doctor who traveled to the town of Paete Laguna in the Philippines with a medical mission. Continuing his calling to help other Dr. Kane serves as an educational director for medical students at The American Global University School of Medicine, Caribbean Medical Students, and Surgical Preparatory Course.
Dr. Kane is also a licensed surgical assistant and assists in many different types of general surgery and orthopedic surgeries.
